Effective: July 12, 2026
By accessing or using ResumeEditor.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ResumeEditor provides browser-based tools for creating, editing, reviewing, and exporting resumes. Features and templates may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You may use the service for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected payment or entitlement mechanisms, distribute malicious code, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
3. No account and device-based storage
ResumeEditor does not require sign-up. Drafts, settings, and premium entitlement are primarily stored on the device and browser you use. You are responsible for maintaining backups. Clearing browser data, reinstalling the browser, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove drafts or premium access.
4. Free and premium templates
Twenty templates are available free of charge. A one-time payment of $1 USD unlocks eighty additional premium templates and designated premium features on the purchasing device. Premium is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices and taxes, if any, are shown before approval. Because premium digital access is supplied immediately after a verified payment, purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery. Contact us with the PayPal order details if you believe a payment was duplicated or access was not delivered.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of resume content you enter. You represent that you have the right to use the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process requests and provide the service. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for a resume.
7. Templates and intellectual property
The website, branding, software, templates, visual systems, and other product materials are owned by Cello Jeremy Digital or its licensors. You may use exported resumes for personal and professional applications. You may not resell, redistribute, clone, or offer the templates or application as a competing standalone product.
8. Career disclaimer
ResumeEditor is a productivity and design tool. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, applicant tracking system results, income, or career outcomes. Resume scores and suggestions are general guidance and should be reviewed by the user.
9. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser, or error-free exports. You are responsible for checking the final document before using it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cello Jeremy Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data, missed opportunities, or reliance on resume suggestions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the claim period.
11. Suspension, changes, and termination
We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using the service at any time and remove local data using your browser controls.
12. Governing rules and contact
These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your location. Questions may be submitted through the official contact form. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
